Deeply Understanding the Basic Connotations of Building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind

作为新时代中国特色大国外交的核心内容和引领世界历史发展与人类文明进步的鲜明旗帜,构建人类命运共同体蕴含着丰富而深刻的基本内涵。从政治、安全、经济、文明、生态等维度出发,构建人类命运共同体主要包括五个层面的基本内涵:一是,构建平等相待、互商互谅的政治共同体;二是,构建公道正义、共建共享的安全共同体;三是,构建开放创新、共同繁荣的发展共同体;四是,构建和而不同、开放包容的人文共同体;五是,构建尊崇自然、清洁美丽的人与自然生命共同体。在全球新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延、世界经历百年未有之大变局的历史紧要关头,深刻理解构建人类命运共同体的基本内涵具有重要的现实意义。

As the core content of China’s diplomacy as a major country with Chinese characteristics in the new era and also the distinctive flag leading the world development and human civilization,a Community of Shared Future for Mankind contains rich and profound basic connotations.From the dimensions of politics,security,economy,civilization and ecology,a Community of Shared Future for Mankind mainly has five basic connotations.First,building a political community of equal treatment,mutual consultation and mutual understanding.Second,building a fair and just community of common security for all through joint efforts.Third,building a developmental community of openness,innovation and common prosperity.Fourth,building a humanistic community that is harmonious,open and inclusive.Fifth,building a natural,clean and beautiful life community for human and nature.It is obviously of great practical significance to deeply understand the basic connotations of building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind,especially in the crucial moment of the continuous spreading of COVID-19 under the combined impact of worldwide changes of a scale unseen in a century.
