From "Common Prosperity" to "Common Consensus": the Generative Logics and Advancing Paths of Creating a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation in the Western Ethnic Areas

共同富裕彰显着中国特色社会主义的本质和"平等""公正"的核心价值。铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党和国家民族工作的主线与根本遵循。以共同富裕推动西部民族地区发展,缩小其与东部沿海地区、中部地区之间的发展差距,共享改革发展成果,进而铸牢中华民族共同体意识,构筑各民族的共有精神家园,是新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必然要求和必由之路。为此,要在党和国家的坚强领导下,发挥好中央统筹、发达地区帮扶和西部民族地区自主发展三个方面的积极性,以共同富裕为西部民族地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识凝聚"共识"。

"Common prosperity"demonstrates the nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the core value of"equality"and"justice".Creating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation has been the fundamental guidelines for handling the ethnic works as for the Communist Party of China and the country.It is the inevitable requirement and even the only way to narrow the developing gaps between the western ethnic areas and the eastern and the central regions with pushing forward the strategy of"common prosperity",so that the fruits of reform and development could be shared and a common spiritual home for all ethnic groups could be built,which would help to create the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Therefore,under the strong leadership of the CPC,it will be possible to build the"common consensus"on creating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the western ethnic areas through the strategy of"common prosperity"by stimulating the enthusiasms from the central government’s full consideration and coordination,the developed regions’assistance,and the western ethnic areas’autonomous development.
