中华民族共同体意识是国家统一之基、民族团结之本,源于中国几千年各民族的交往交流交融,是新中国国家构建的思想意识基础。新中国建立后,党不断推动中华民族共同体意识的深化发展。习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想,是对马克思主义民族理论继承发展的最新成果,是当代中国马克思主义的重要组成部分,是我们开展民族工作的行动指南。面对世界百年未有之大变局和各种风险挑战,我们必须坚持从中国国情出发,坚持不懈铸牢中华民族共同体意识,奋力实现中华民族伟大复兴。

The sense of community for the Chinese nation,originating from the continuous exchanges,communications and integrations of various ethnic groups in China for thousands of years,has become not only the foundations for both the unity of modern China and that of the Chinese nation,but also the ideological bases for the construction of the People’s Republic of China(PRC).Since 1949,the PRC has continuously promoted the deepening and development of the sense of community for the Chinese nation.The general secretary of the CPC Xi Jinping’s important thought on strengthening and improving ethnic work is the latest achievement in the inheritance and development of Marxist Minzu theories,an important part of contemporary Chinese Marxism and an action guide to carry out the ethnic works.In the face of various risks,challenges and the worldwide changes of a scale unseen in a century,it is needed to proceed from China’s actual conditions,make unremitting efforts to create the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and strive to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
