突破“灰姑娘”范式的自我价值实现——基于《帕梅拉》中的人物角色分析

Self-value realization breaking through the"Cinderella"paradigm:based on the character analysis in Pamela

《帕梅拉》是英国小说家塞缪尔·理查森的代表作品。为了更深入地解读帕梅拉这一人物角色,以英国哲学家托马斯·霍布斯的性恶论为切入点,采用逻辑推理法,突破“灰姑娘”范式的常规观点,从帕梅拉自我价值体系的正向、逆向、隐性实现,这3个层面进行研究。通过帕梅拉对其丈夫B先生的改造、感化、维护,分析其形象的复杂性。帕梅拉强烈的自我意识使其从女仆逐步转变为贵妇,身份转变后帕梅拉所经历的价值观的调整和重新自我定位又使其实现了更高层次的自我价值。

Pamela is the representative work of British novelist Samuel Richardson.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the character of Pamela,using British philosopher Thomas Hobbes'theory of original evil of human nature as the starting point,this study breaks through the conventional view of the"Cinderella"paradigm and analyzes Pamela's self-value system by means of logical reasoning from three aspects:positive,reverse,and implicit realization.Through Pamela's transformation,influence and maintenance of her husband Mr.B,the complexity is analyzed of her image.Pamela's strong self-awareness gradually transformed her from a maid into a noblewoman,and the value adjustments and self-positioning she experienced after her identity transformation brought her back to life,thus achieving a higher level of self-value.
