An empirical study of energy efficiency Poset-DEA method with embedded value judgment

针对传统DEA方法无法区分评价指标权重大小的问题,以测算中国2017年省际能源效率为例,将传统的DEA-BCC模型加入指标权重约束条件,演变为区分权重大小的Value-DEA模型,借助偏序集方法构成新的评价方法,即Poset-DEA。研究表明:Poset-DEA方法可分辨各评价指标的相对权重,规避了权重精确赋值的问题;可对评价单元进行聚类和排序,所得结果更具稳健性;降低了能源效率非期望产出测算的难度。研究结论丰富了效率测度方法。

To solve the problem that traditional DEA method cannot distinguish the weight of evaluation index,this paper proposes a new Poset-DEA method embedded with value judgment.Taking the calculation of Chinese provincial energy efficiency in 2017 as an example,the traditional DEA-BCC model was added into the constraint conditions of index weight,and evolved into Value-DEA model to distinguish the weight size,and a new evaluation method Poset-DEA was constructed with the help of Poset method.The results show that Poset-DEA method can distinguish the relative weight of each evaluation index,avoiding the problem of accurate weight assignment.The evaluation units can be clustered and ranked,and the results are more robust.At the same time,it reduces the difficulty of estimating energy efficiency undesired output.The results enrich the efficiency measurement methods.
