摘要
针对疫情防控时期高校后勤保障舆情频发的问题,对高校后勤保障舆情主体的特殊性、内容的广泛性、行为的非理性和形成的迅捷性进行分析,高校后勤保障舆情可以分为诉求类、目的类和表达类等类型,依据分类指导原则对舆情进行引导与回应,提出提高舆情引导的针对性、把握舆情引导的及时性等建议,在疫情防控常态化下建立和完善高校后勤舆情引导机制。
In view of the frequent occurrence of public opinion on logistics support in colleges and universities during the period of epidemic prevention and control,the specificity of the subject of public opinion on logistics support in colleges and universities,the wide range of content,the irrationality of behavior and the quickness of formation are analyzed.The public opinion of logistics support in colleges and universities can be divided into appeal type,purpose type and expression type.The public opinion is guided and responded according to the classification guiding principles.Suggestions are put forward to improve the pertinence of public opinion guidance,grasp the timeliness of public opinion guidance,establish and improve university logistics public opinion guidance mechanism under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
