基于偏序集的装配式建筑项目安全绩效评价

Safety performance evaluation of prefabricated building project based on partial sequence set

针对使用权重系数评价装配式建筑项目安全绩效存在的主观性较强、无法客观评价各项指标等问题,选取辽宁省10个装配式建筑项目为研究样本,建立装配式建筑项目安全绩效评价体系,采用偏序集评价方法进行安全绩效评价,解决指标权重无法精确复制的问题。研究结果表明:在仅了解权重排序的情况下,应用偏序集评价方法仍可以准确评价各装配式建筑项目的安全绩效水平,并可以通过Hasse图展示各项目之间的水平层级,为装配式建筑项目安全绩效评价提供参考。

In view of the problems of strong subjectivity and inability to objectively evaluate various indicators in the use of weight coefficient to evaluate the safety performance of prefabricated construction projects,10 prefabricated construction projects in Liaoning province are selected as research samples,the safety performance evaluation system of prefabricated construction projects is established,and the partial sequence set evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety performance,so as to solve the problem that the index weight can not be accurately copied.The results show that when only the weight ranking is understood,the application of partial sequence set evaluation method can still accurately evaluate the safety performance level of each prefabricated construction project,and can intuitively display the level set between each project through Hasse diagram,so as to provide reference for the safety performance evaluation of prefabricated construction project.
