Research on innovation of cultivation mechanism of college student Party members

为切实增强高校学生党建工作的针对性、实效性,有效地解决大学生党员群体中存在的政治意识淡薄、组织纪律涣散、监督意识空缺、服务意识不强等问题,高校党务工作者要坚持理论与实践相结合的方法,以提升学生党员培养质量为着眼点,以学生党员教育、管理、监督、服务机制创新为着力点,探索构建反映规律性、彰显时代性、体现人文性、富有创新性的学生党员培养机制,提升学生党员培养工作的实效性。

In order to effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of college students’Party construction,and effectively solve the problems existing in college student Party members,such as weak political consciousness,lax organization and discipline,vacancy of supervision consciousness,weak service consciousness and so on,Party affairs workers in colleges and universities should adhere to the method of combining theory with practice,focus on improving the training quality of student Party members,and focus on the innovation of student Party member education,management,supervision and service mechanism,so as to explore and build a training mechanism of student Party members that reflects the regularity,highlights the characteristics of the times,embodies humanism and is innovative,in order to improve the effectiveness of the training of student Party members.
