辽西北地区生态宜居城市建设路径探析

Analysis of the construction path of ecological livable city in the Northwest of Liaoning Province

立足于辽西北地区城市的生态特点,根据生态宜居城市建设应遵循的主要原则,重点从城乡融合、因地制宜、城市紧凑、平衡发展等方面,提出了辽西北地区生态宜居城市建设实施路径,从整体生态观角度要采取区域协调联动的方式,逐步改善辽西北地区整体生态环境,针对当地产业历史及现状,积极进行工业遗存治理与利用,使城市功能实现从单纯的工业性向综合的城市性转变。完善城市水功能,改善城市水环境,对城市进行海绵化改造及建设生态社区,改善辽西北地区生态环境,提高城市居民整体生活质量,实现人与自然的和谐发展。

Based on the ecological characteristics of cities in the Northwest of Liaoning Province,according to the main principles of ecological livable city construction,this paper puts forward the implementation path of ecological livable city construction in Northwest Liaoning Province from the aspects of urban-rural integration,local conditions,compact city and balanced development.From the perspective of overall ecology,we should take the way of regional coordination and linkage,gradually improve the overall ecological environment of Northwest Liaoning Province,and actively manage and utilize the industrial remains according to the local industrial history and current situation,so as to realize the transformation of urban function from simple industry to comprehensive city.In order to improve the ecological environment of Northwest Liaoning Province,improve the overall quality of life of urban residents,and realize the harmonious development of human and nature,we should improve the urban water function,improve the urban water environment,sponge the city and build the ecological community.
