东北三省经济福利水平比较研究

A comparative study on the economic welfare level of the three provinces in Northeast China

针对东北三省经济福利水平整体偏低的问题,基于辽宁省、吉林省及黑龙江省2009-2018年的相关统计数据,选取收入水平、生活水平、生活福利水平3项一级指标以及农村居民人均纯收入、城镇居民人均可支配收入等8项二级指标,构建经济福利评价指标体系,利用熵权法分别对东北三省的经济福利水平进行纵向及横向对比分析。结果表明:东北三省2009-2018年的经济福利水平不断提高,其中,辽宁省的经济福利水平增速较快,而吉林省、黑龙江省增速则相对缓慢,从而有针对性地提出了提高东北三省经济福利水平的建议。

In view of the overall low level of economic welfare in the three Northeast provinces,based on the relevant statistical data of Liaoning province,Jilin province and Heilongjiang province from 2009 to 2018,the economic welfare evaluation index system is constructed by selecting three first-class indicators of income:living standard and living welfare,and eight second-class indicators.A longitudinal and horizontal comparative analysis of the economic welfare of the three Northeast provinces is made by using the entropy weight method.It shows that the economic welfare level of the three Northeast provinces in 2009-2018 is constantly improving,among which the economic welfare level of Liaoning province grew faster,while that of Jilin province and Heilongjiang province was relatively slow.Finally,suggestions are put forward to further improve the economic welfare level of the three provinces in Northeast China.
