面对经济增速放缓、结构升级、动力转换的新发展阶段,合肥亟需以"数字革命"为契机,加快推进5G基站和数据中心建设,为数字经济发展提供基础设施体系;充分汇聚和挖掘数据价值,为数字经济发展凝聚核心动力;运用大数据、人工智能、区块链等新技术来推进数字产业化和产业数字化,加速形成新型数字产业体系,培育经济增长新动能,推动合肥经济高质量发展。

Facing the new development stage of economic slowdown,structural upgrading and power transformation,it is urgent for Hefei to take the opportunity of"digital revolution"to speed up the construction of 5 G base station and data center and provide infrastructure system for the development of digital economy.It is also urgent to fully pool and mine the value of data to form the core power for the development of the digital economy,and use new technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain to promote digital industrialization and digitalization of industries and accelerate the formation of a new digital industrial system,foster new driving force of economic growth and promote high-quality economic development in Hefei.
