针对高校党支部建设问题,采用归纳分析的方法,在深入落实新时代党中央全面从严治党的新要求的背景下,分析了当代大学生的新特点,构建以政治建设为统领、思想建设为重点、组织建设为基础、作风建设为引领、纪律建设为保障、制度建设为线索的"六位一体"党支部规范化建设体系,为提升高校党支部规范化建设水平、落实"立德树人"根本任务提供保障。

In the context of thoroughly implementing the new requirements of the CPC central.Committee for comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline in the new era,in view of the university party branch construction problem,the induction analysis method is adopted to analyze the new characteristics of contemporary college students and build a"Six In One"Party branch standardized construction system that takes political construction as the leader,ideological construction as the focus,organization construction as the basis,style construction as the lead,discipline construction as the guarantee,and system construction as the clue.In order to improve the standardization of the Party branch and provide a guarantee for the level of construction and the implementation of the fundamental task of"Morality Education".
