基于模糊一致偏好关系的全民创业环境评价研究——以大庆市为例

Research on the evaluation of national entrepreneurial environment based on consistent fuzzy preference relations——A case study of Daqing

全民创业是在新常态下解决就业问题的有效途径,以全民创业环境研究为基础,从经济环境、文化环境、服务环境、自然与基础设施环境和科技创新环境5个全民创业环境构成要素进行分析辨识,构建全民创业环境评价指标体系,并引入模糊一致偏好关系对全民创业环境进行评价,为优化全民创业环境、促进经济持续发展提供依据。

National entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve the employment problem under the new normal.Based on the study of national entrepreneurship environment,this paper analyzes and identifies the five elements of the national entrepreneurship environment,including economic environment,cultural environment,service environment,natural and infrastructure environment and technological innovation environment,constructs the evaluation index system of national entrepreneurship environment,and introduces the fuzzy consistent preference relationship to evaluate the national entrepreneurship environment,so as to provide the basis for optimizing the national entrepreneurship environment and promoting sustainable economic development.
