摘要
选择以葫芦岛地区6个农业县区为样本空间,在结合该区域农业生产特征的基础上从暴露性、适应能力、敏感性三个维度构建了针对该区域农业干旱脆弱性的评价指标体系。在采用OWA算子确定各指标权重的基础上,运用TOPSIS模型对该区域各县区农业干旱脆弱性进行了评估。并以评估结果为基础,结合GIS技术对各县区农业干旱脆弱性的影响因素和空间分布进行了分析,检视了各县区农业干旱脆弱性产生的内在机理,从而为应对干旱制定有针对性的改进措施提供决策信息。
Based on the characteristics of six counties agricultural production in huludao region,an evaluation index system for agricultural drought vulnerability in this region was constructed from three dimensions of exposure,adaptability and sensitivity.On the basis of OWA operator to determine the weight of each index,TOPSIS model was used to evaluate the agricultural drought vulnerability of each county in this region.According to the assessment results and GIS technology,the factors and spatial distribution of agricultural drought vulnerability in each county were analyzed,and the internal mechanism of agricultural drought vulnerability in each county was examined,so as to provide decision information for making targeted improvement measures to deal with drought.
