辽宁高校大学生择业影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on college students’ career choice in Liaoning

为了全面了解辽宁省高校大学生择业影响因素,运用问卷调查法和AHP层次分析法,建立大学生择业倾向评价指标体系,并在生活因素、社会因素、企业因素、其他因素4个维度予以分析,从而给出改善大学生就业难的办法和对策。研究成果为省内高校及相关单位有效引导大学生择业意向、实现更好的自我发展提供参考。

Although the country has introduced a number of policies in recent years to alleviate employment pressure,the employment situation of Chinese college students is still grim.In order to fully understand the present situation and existing problems of college students’career choice intention in Liaoning Province.The evaluation index system of college students’career choice intention is established by using questionnaire survey method and AHP analytic hierarchy process.The four dimensions of life factors,social factors,enterprise factors and other factors are analyzed,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to ease the employment difficulties of college students,and guide them to form an employment intention to adapt to the development of socialist market economy.
