PPP项目BIM技术协同应用演化博弈分析与仿真

Evolutionary game analysis and simulation for cooperative application of BIM technology in PPP

针对BIM技术在PPP项目中的协同应用问题,对社会资本方在PPP项目中推进BIM技术的动力缺失以及政府方在BIM推广中的作用进行了分析;以政府和社会资本两方在PPP项目中应用BIM技术的行为策略和演化趋势为背景,基于演化博弈理论构建了政府与社会资本方BIM技术协同应用演化博弈模型,分析了双方的稳定均衡策略以及实现条件;并运用MATLAB软件对不同情况进行仿真模拟,直观反映了政府与社会资本方在BIM技术协同应用过程中的演化驱动力与趋势,结果表明加强政府在政策规制、督导力度等方面的投入,同时激发社会资本方应用BIM技术的积极性是促进BIM技术在PPP项目中应用与推广的关键所在。

Aiming at the problem of collaborative application of BIM technology in PPP projects,the paper analyzed the lack of impetus for promoting BIM technology in PPP projects of social capital and the role of public in the promotion of BIM technology.The paper took the behavioral strategy and evolution trend for applying BIM technology in PPP projects between public and social capital as the background,a collaborative application model of BIM technology between public and social capital parties is constructed by using evolutionary game theory,and the stable and balanced strategies of both parties are analyzed,too.Then the different situations which directly reflect the evolution driving force and trend of public and social capital parties are simulated by MATLAB software.The results showed the key for promoting the application and promotion of BIM technology in PPP projects is to strengthen the public’s policy regulation and supervision and to stimulate the enthusiasm of social capitals in the application of BIM technology.
