Office electronic equipment of administrative unit based on reputation incentive exploration of recovery game strategy

针对行政单位办公电子设备回收流程中公物私用问题。基于公物私用行为构建行政单位办公电子设备回收行为演化博弈模型,模拟有无声誉机制下策略选择博弈过程。研究发现:无声誉机制下,完全理性的使用人员一定不遵守回收流程;声誉机制下,演化博弈模型策略选择演化过程有反复周期,局部区域存在渐进稳定点。行政单位引入声誉机制,投入监管成本,降低回收设备残值,缩短回收时间成本,可规避办公电子设备回收过程中使用人员公物私用行为。

In view of the problem of private use of public goods in the process of office electronic equipment recycling in administrative units.Based on the behavior of public property and private use,this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of office electronic equipment recycling behavior of administrative units,and simulates the game process of strategy selection with or without reputation mechanism.It is found that without reputation mechanism,perfectly rational users must not follow the recycling process.Under the reputation mechanism,the evolution process of strategy selection in the evolutionary game model has repeated cycles,and there is a point of asymptotic stability in the local area.The administrative unit introduces the reputation mechanism,invests in the supervision cost,reduces the salvage value of the recovery equipment,shorts the recovery time cost,and can avoid the behavior of personnel using public property and private use in the recovery process of office electronic equipment.
