中国篮球城市创新发展对策研究——以阜新为例

Innovation and development strategy of Chinese Basketball City——Take Fuxin as an example

为促进阜新篮球城市的建设与发展,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和综合分析法,对阜新市篮球城市发展现状进行分析,认为阜新篮球城市建设存在组织机构陈旧、体育人才短缺、体育经费投入不足、篮球产业发展滞缓等问题。从可持续发展的角度提出了为建设完善篮球管理体系、多渠道筹措经费、加强体育人才队伍建设、促进体育产业发展的对策,为篮球城市建设提供参考。

In order to accelerate the construction and development of Fuxin(a basketball city),this paper makes an analysis on its current situation by literature consultation,expert interview and comprehensive analysis and the author finds organizational obsolescence,sports talent shortage,reduced capital input,slow development of basketball industry and lack of sports research are the major problems.Countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of sustainable development such as improving the basketball management system,raising funds through multiple channels and strengthening the building of scientific research teams so as to promote the development of the sports industry and provide reference for basketball city construction.
