高校教师思想政治工作活力提升对策研究

Research on countermeasures to enhance the vitality of university teachers’ ideological and political work

针对高校教师在思想政治工作中存在缺少调研,对教师的主体地位认识不足,以及少数教师重视自身业务和科研,疏忽思想政治工作等共性问题,采用归纳分析的方法,提出加强教师思想政治状况调研以便更好的做好工作,教师要不断加强学习以提高教师自身思想道德素质,转变教师思想政治教育工作观念,加强思想政治工作队伍建设、完善协调考评机制以及运用新媒体改进思想政治工作的方法,注重创新等措施。研究结果对提高教师思想政治工作具有指导意义。

In allusion to the common problems in university teachers’ideological and political work,such as lack of investigation,lack of understanding on teachers’subject status,as well as teachers attach more importance to professional work and scientific research than ideological and political work,by adopting the method of inductive analysis,several aspects of promoting countermeasure are put forward,such as strengthening the investigation of teachers’ideological and political situation,improving teachers’ideological and moral quality through learning,changing teachers’ideas,strengthening the construction of ideological and political team,improving the coordination and evaluation mechanism,improving ideological and political work methods by using new media and focus on innovative.The research results have guiding significance for enhancing university teachers’ideological and political work.
