针对项目可行性评价问题,分析了阜新市松涛湖生态旅游区水上乐园项目旅游客源市场现状,运用市场分析与规模预测,对客源增长趋势进行评判,运用SWOT分析项目面临的优势、劣势、机会与威胁。研究结果表明,阜新市松涛湖水上乐园项目建设基础良好、外部环境有利于该项目的发展,验证此项目可行。

In view of the feasibility evaluation of the project,based on the analysis of the current situation of the tourist market of the water park project in Songtao Lake eco-tourism area of Fuxin City,the market analysis and scale prediction are used to evaluate the growth trend of the tourist market,and the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the project.The results show that the construction foundation of Songtao lake water park project in Fuxin is good and the external environment is very conducive to the development of the project,which verifies the feasibility of the project.
