Financial risk analysis of Mei Urban Construction Group

针对财务风险问题,以美城建集团作为研究对象,采用归纳分析的方法,从运营角度、盈利角度、集团发展角度分析了集团的财务风险识别问题,在归纳其财务风险成因的基础上,提出了加强预算管理、控制成本支出等风险控制建议。

Aiming at the problem of financial risk,this paper takes Mei Urban Construction Group as the research object,adopts the method of inductive analysis,analyzes the problem of group financial risk identification from the perspective of operation,profit and group development,and puts forward some risk control suggestions such as strengthening budget management and controlling cost and expenditure based on the induction of the causes of its financial risk.
