日本一流学科建设的经验与启示——以早稻田大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 为全面了解日本一流学科的建设,促进我国"双一流"事业更好更快发展,通过对日本一流学科建设计划的剖析,并探究早稻田大学的学科建设特点,即:一流的科研;一流的学术成果;一流的师资及一流的人才,启示我国在一流学科建设过程中应抓住重点、教研结合、师生互惠,丰硕成果,这对提高现阶段我国一流学科建设工作具有较强的针对性和现实意义。 In order to fully understand the construction of first-class disciplines in Japan and promote the better and faster development of"Double first class"disciplines in China,through the analysis of the first-class discipline construction plan in Japan,this paper probes into the characteristics of discipline construction in Waseda University,namely,first-class scientific research,first-class academic achievements,and first-class teachers and talents,which enlighten our country to grasp the key points,the combination of teaching and research,the mutual benefit between teachers and students,and the fruitful results in the process of first-class discipline construction,which is of great pertinence and practical significance to improve the construction of first-class disciplines in our country at the present stage.
