大学生创业意愿的影响因素研究——来自辽宁工程技术大学的实证数据

Study on the influencing factors of college students’ entrepreneurial intention ——Empirical data from Liaoning Technical University

如何安置日益增多的大学毕业生就业成为焦点问题,鼓励其创业成为一个途径。针对大学生创业问题,对辽宁工程技术大学创业意愿进行调查,旨在找到大学生创业意愿的影响因素以提高其创业意愿。确定影响大学生创业意愿因素的6个假设,即主体差异性、创业能力、政策支持、社会文化、经济和教育。通过实证研究发现,对创业意愿影响因素的6个假设,除了主体差异性中亲友创业经历这个项目外几乎全部通过验证,最后得出大学生创业意愿6个影响因素的相关结论并指明提升创业意愿要点。

How to find jobs for an increasing number of college graduates has become the focus of the problem,encouraging their entrepreneurship has become a way.The purpose of this study is to find out the influencing factors of college students’entrepreneurial intention so as to improve their entrepreneurial intention.Six hypotheses influencing the willingness of college students to start their own businesses were determined,namely,subject difference,entrepreneurial ability,policy support,social culture,economy and education.Through empirical research,it is found that the six hypotheses for influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention,except for the project of entrepreneurial experience of relatives and friends in the main difference,have almost all been verified.Finally,we draw the relevant conclusions of the six influencing factors of college students’entrepreneurial willingness and point out the key points of improving entrepreneurial willingness.
