摘要
人力资源无论是对于企业来说还是对于地方高校来说,都无疑是重要的因素之一,随着知识经济、信息经济和人才社会的到来,地方高校教师人才的流失呈现快速化和普遍化,这已经严重影响到地方高校的长远师资队伍建设和学校的长远发展。在马斯洛需求层次理论的基础上,分别从五个层次对高校人才流失进行探究并且概括性的指出了地方高校人才流失的特征,并对地方高校人才流失原因进行分析,为缓解地方高校人才流失提出针对性的解决方案。
Human resources are undoubtedly one of the most important factors for both enterprises and local universities.With the advent of knowledge economy,information economy and talent society,the loss of teachers and talents in local universities has become rapid and widespread,which has seriously affected the long-term construction of teachers and the long-term development of local universities.On the basis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the article points out the characteristics of brain drain in local colleges and universities,analyzes the causes of brain drain in local colleges and universities,and proposes targeted solutions.
