摘要
目的:探讨在肺部疾病CT影像教学实践中,比较以CT征象为基础的教学方法和以疾病分类为基础的教学方法之间的教学效果差别。方法:教学对象为石河子大学2017级影像本科班,两个平行班共66个学生,根据学号随机划分为测试组(征象扩展组)和对照组(疾病分类组),完成相同学时教学后进行读片能力考核并发放调查问卷,分析两组考核及问卷结果。结果:在影像读片考试和临床思维测试中,测试组结果明显优于对照组;对问卷调查反馈结果进行统计学分析显示:在激发学习兴趣、培养临床思维、提高学习效率方面测试组结果优于对照组。结论:在肺部CT影像教学中,征象扩展法较传统疾病分类法效果更佳。
Objective:To explore the difference of teaching effect between the CT feature-based teaching method and the disease classification based teaching method in the teaching practice of pulmonary diseases.Methods:A total of 66 students from the imaging class 2017 undergraduate in Medical College of Shihezi University were randomly divided into the experimental group(feature group)and the control group(disease classification group)according to their student Numbers.After completing the same class hours of teaching,radiological imaging reading ability was assessed and questionnaires were distributed to analyze the feedback results of the two groups.Results:The experimental group was superior to the control group in image reading examination and clinical thinking test.The feedback results of questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in stimulating learning interest,cultivating clinical thinking and improving learning efficiency,with statistical significance.Conclusion:In the teaching of pulmonary disease CT image,the sign train of feature is better than the traditional disease classification.
