课程思政融入营养与食品卫生学的实施及效果评价

Implementation and Evaluation of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Nutrition and Food Hygiene Teaching

目的:为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记讲话的重要精神,充分发挥高校"立德树人"的根本作用。方法:针对预防医学专业的核心课程营养与食品卫生学,从"提高教师的思政素养"、"寻找课程思政的结合点"、"灵活应用多元化教学方式"三方面进行了课程思政改革,并在课程结束后对学生进行了满意度问卷调查。结果:95%以上的学生对"课程思政开展情况"和"课程思政学习效果"这两个项目的评价均为满意及以上。结论:营养与食品卫生学课程思政的实施效果良好,改革取得了初步进展。

Objective:To thoroughly implement the important spirit of General Secretary Xi JinPing’s speech and give full play to the fundamental role of"cultivating people by virtue"in colleges and universities.Methods:Our school has carried out the reform of Curriculum Ideology and Politics from three aspects:"improving teachers’ideological and political literacy","finding the combination point of Curriculum Ideology and Politics"and"flexibly applying diversified teaching methods",and conducted a questionnaire survey on students’satisfaction after the course.Result:More than 95%of the students are satisfied with and above the evaluation of the two items:"the development of ideological and political courses"and"the learning effect of ideological and political courses".Conclusion:The implementation effect of Curriculum Ideology and Politics is good,and the reform has made initial progress.
