我院银杏制剂注射液临床应用合理性分析

Rationality Analysis of Clinical Application of Ginkgo Biloba Injection in Hospital

目的:探讨本院银杏制剂注射液使用的合理性,为其在临床上的安全和合理应用提供参考。方法:选择2019年10月—2019年12月在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院使用银杏制剂注射液住院患者病历资料,针对资料中患者在适应症、用法用量、用药时间、不良反应等方面进行评价,分析银杏制剂注射液在临床上应用的合理性。结果:根据医院信息管理系统,按25%的比例抽取出421例住院患者使用银杏制剂注射液的病历,合理使用银杏制剂注射液335例(79.57%),超说明书适应症用药有73例(17.34%),超出说明书用法用量范围的有13例(3.09%)。结论:银杏制剂注射液存在不合理用药情况,应加强干预措施,确保临床规范合理使用。

Objective:Discuss the rationality of the use of Ginkgo preparation injection in our hospital,and provide a reference for its clinical safety and reasonable application.Method:From October 2019 to December2019,we collected the inpatient cases of Ginkgo preparation injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College,evaluated the patients’indications,usage and dosage,medication time,adverse reactions,and analyzed the rationality of Ginkgo preparation injection in clinical application.Results:According to the hospital information management system,421 inpatients’medical records of Ginkgo injection were taken out according to the25%proportion.Among them,335 cases(79.57%)of Ginkgo preparation injections were used reasonably,73 cases(17.34%)were used for indications beyond the instructions,and 13 cases(3.09%)exceeded the usage and dosage range in the instructions.Conclusion:There are irrational medications in Ginkgo biloba injection,and intervention measures should be strengthened to ensure the rational use of clinical standards.
