铁死亡在男性生殖系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 铁死亡是一种铁依赖性的程序性细胞死亡方式,由细胞膜上脂质过氧化物的过度积累触发。近期研究发现,当睾丸组织或生殖细胞暴露于某些高危因素时,会诱发铁死亡,并伴有多种生殖系统损伤特征,包括细胞形态改变、铁死亡相关的理化指标和基因表达变化。本文从3个关键环节:铁代谢异常、Cystine/GSH/GPX4轴的失衡及脂质过氧化,阐述了铁死亡与男性生殖系统疾病的关联。 Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent form of programmed cell death triggered by the excessive accumulation of lipid peroxides on the cell membrane.Recent studies have found that ferroptosis can be induced by exposure of the testis tissue and germ cells to some high-risk factors,accompanied by various characteristic reproductive system injuries,including changes in cell morphology,ferroptosis-related physicochemical indicators and gene expressions.This review focuses on the association of ferroptosis with male reproductive system diseases from three key aspects:iron metabolism abnormalities,Cystine/GSH/GPX4 axis imbalance,and lipid peroxidation.
