摘要
纺织业是近代日本工业化初期的主导产业,在近代日本经济发展中占有极其重要的地位。企业家精神是日本民间纺织企业成功的关键因素。在民间纺织企业的带领下,仅经过20余年的发展,日本便成为世界主要的棉纺品出口国。近代日本纺织业中的企业家精神主要体现在优化资源配置、技术模仿与创新、对市场的敏锐度三个方面。日本的经验表明企业家是市场的主体,市场活力依赖于企业家精神。
The textile industry was the leading industry at the early stage of industrialization in Japan,and it occupies an extremely important position in the modern Japanese economic development.Entrepreneurship is one of the key factors in the success of Japanese private textile enterprises.Under the leadership of private textile enterprises,Japan has become the world's leading exporter of cotton textiles after only more than two decades of development.Entrepreneurship in the modern Japanese textile industry is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:optimized resource allocation,technological imitation and innovation,and sensitivity of market.Japan's experience shows that entrepreneurs are the main players in the market,and the vitality of the market depends on entrepreneurship.
