精量播种机内部信号处理与传输智能化分析 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步提高农作物播种机的精量化水平,针对其信号监测控制系统进行智能化分析。选取精量播种机为研究对象,将作物播种信号分解为漏种、堵种与多种3种情形,根据其作业特性设计信号检测流程,搭建监测控制模型,考虑播种株距、单行播种量、作业速度、报警系数等性能参数进行硬件配置选型,利用高效智能滤波的无线传输技术进行软件控制模块设计,从而实现内部信号实时监控管理。进行了控制系统信号监测仿真试验,结果表明:设置不同的播种量,系统检测准确率可达95.3%以上,调整不同的播种株距,系统检测的精量播种机株距合格率为93.54%,重播率及漏播率在信号智能监测方式下整体提升度为33.47%与27.85%,满足我国精量播种机相关设计优化要求。 In order to further improve the precision level of crop seeder planter,the intelligent analysis of its signal monitoring and control system was carried out.Selecting precision seeder as the research object,the signal of crop seeding was decomposed into three situations:leakage,blockage and many kinds.According to its operation characteristics,the signal detection process was designed,the monitoring and control model was built,and the hardware configuration and selection were made by considering the performance parameters such as seeding spacing,single-row seeding quantity,operation speed and alarm coefficient.The software control module was designed by using the wireless transmission technology of high-efficiency intelligent filtering to realize the real-time monitoring and processing of internal signals,and then the simulation test of signal monitoring of control system was carried,it showed that the accuracy of system detection could reach more than 95.3%by setting different sowing amount,the qualified rate of precision sowing machine spacing detected by system was 93.54%through adjusting different sowing spacing,and the overall lifting rate of replaying rate and missing sowing rate was 33.47%and 27.85%under the intelligent signal monitoring mode,which satisfied the excellent design of precision sowing machine in China and the experiment result was good,which would effectively improve the uniformity and precision of sowing.
