摘要
目前,红花丝的采摘主要靠人工采摘,劳动强度大,效率低,严重限制了红花产业化发展。为实现红花丝机械化采摘,研制了一种梳夹式红花采摘试验台。采摘试验台主要由控制箱、采摘头、动力传动系统及限位机构组成,采用端面凸轮与梳夹齿组合的方式,由限位杆将花球固定在合适的采摘位置,定、动梳齿夹紧花丝一并旋转,实现红花花丝与果球的分离。试验台旨在为红花采摘机的研制提供试验测试平台,工作性能稳定,为梳夹式红花丝采摘机的设计提供了基础条件。
At present,the harvesting of safflower silk mainly depends on manual harvesting,with high labor intensity and low efficiency,which seriously restricts the development of safflower industrialization.In order to realize the mechanized harvesting of safflower silk,a comb-clamp safflower harvesting test-bed is developed in this paper.The picking test-bed is mainly composed of control box,picking head,power transmission system and limit mechanism.The flower ball is fixed at the appropriate picking position by the limit rod in the way of combination of end cam and comb clamping teeth.The separation of flower filament and fruit ball is realized by fixing and moving comb clamping filaments and rotating together.The test-bed provides a test platform for the development of safflower harvester.It has been proved that the performance of the test-bed is stable and provides a reference for the design of comb-type safflower harvester.
