摘要
水稻种植过程中,施肥作业主要是以人工或机械抛洒为主的全层施肥和表面施肥,存在肥料抛洒不均匀、利用率低及劳动强度大等问题。为此,结合农艺需求,设计了水稻插秧同步精量施肥机。该机具采用电动螺旋式排肥器、楔形开沟覆泥装置、智能化操作,搭载插秧机可实现插秧施肥同步作业。试验表明:机具施肥稳定性、一致性、均匀性及施肥深度合格率等重要指标均满足农艺要求。
In the process of rice planting,fertilization is mainly applied on the whole layer and on the surface by manual or mechanical means.There are problems of uneven distribution of fertilizer,low utilization rate and high labor intensity and so on.Combined with agronomic requirements,a synchronous precision fertilizer machine for rice transplanting was designed.The machine adopts electric screw type fertilizer discharging device,wedge-shaped trench covering device,intelligent operation,equipped with transplanting machine can realize synchronous operation of transplanting and fertilizing.The results showed that the fertilizer application stability,consistency,uniformity,depth of fertilization rate and other important indicators meet the agronomic requirements.
