摘要 苹果是世界上最常见和最广泛消费的水果之一,在进入市场之前需要分级买卖,而苹果的直径和色泽是影响销售价格的重要因素。为此,利用视觉捕捉技术,设计了一套拾取机器人水果自动分类系统,包括输送机构、图像采集系统、控制模块和执行器等,能够根据苹果直径进行分类。实验结果表明:系统分类准确率达到了93.6%,符合设计需求,且在分类过程中没有对苹果造成任何损坏,具有一定的有效性和可靠性。 Apple is one of the most common and widely consumed fruits in the world. It needs to be bought and sold at different levels before entering the market. The diameter and color of apples are important factors affecting the selling price. It designed an automatic fruit classification system based on vision capture technology, which includes conveying mechanism, image acquisition system, control module and actuator. It can be classified according to the diameter of apple. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the system reaches 93.6%, which meets the design requirements and does not cause any damage to apples in the classification process. It has certain effectiveness and reliability.
