摘要 为了弄清玉米秸秆田间粉碎时机车前进速度、粉碎刀具转速对秸秆粉碎功耗和粉碎合格率的影响,运用二次回归正交试验对田间玉米秸秆粉碎性能进行研究。田间试验发现:当玉米秸秆粉碎刀具转速从540r/min逐渐上升至630r/min时,秸秆粉碎合格率和粉碎功耗随着粉碎刀具转速的升高而升高;当机车前进速度由2.9km/h上升至3.16km/h时,粉碎功耗随着前进速度的增加而升高,但粉碎合格率则随着前进速度的增加而减小。同时,通过参数优化获得:当机车前进速度为2.9km/h、刀辊转速为597r/min时,得到秸秆粉碎性能最佳工作指标,即粉碎功耗为2.98kW,粉碎合格率为90.02%。 In order to show how the velocity of the machine and the rotate speed of axis influence the power consumption and the percent smashing quality, Cornstalk breaking in the field is studied through Orthogonal experiment. The results show that in the experiment, when the rotate speed of axis varies from 540 RPM to 630 RPM, the power consumption and the percent smashing quality grow with the increasing rotation. when the velocity of the machine varies from 2.9 km/h to 3.16 kh/h, the power consumption grows but the percent smashing quality slow down with the increasing velocity. The results also show that when the rotate speed of axis is 2.9 km/h and the rotary speed of knife axis is 597 r/min, the optimal parameters of consumed power is 2.98 kW and the percent smashing quality is 90.02%. Consequently, the result is proved to be great value for farther studying and designing new cornstalk breaking machine.
