摘要
针对茶叶揉捻过程自动化程度不高、上茶下料环节依靠人工操作、揉捻速度和压力的大小和控制依靠人工经验进行操作、茶叶揉捻效率低,无法保证茶叶加工品质的问题,改进了揉捻机的自动化装置,包括在称茶下料系统采用皮带秤对茶叶质量自动监测、压力控制系统设置测力传感器监测揉捻压力及速度控制系统加装变频器有效控制揉捻速度。试验结果表明:改进后茶叶揉捻效果良好,揉捻机可对揉捻压力和速度进行有效监测和控制,能够满足揉捻机的自动化应用需求。
Aiming at the problem of low level automation, load and unload tea mainly rely on manual operation, people estimate the force and speed of rolling intensity only by experience, low rolling efficiency, the tea quality can’t guarantee. By transforming the automation mechanism of rolling machine, include automatic weighting tea by belt scale in load and unload tea system, detecting rolling pressure by load cell in pressure control system, controlling rolling speed by adding a frequency converter in speed control system. The trial results of rolling machine show that the result of rolling tea is good, the rolling machine can detect and control the rolling force and speed effectively, it can satisfy the demands of automation of rolling machine.
