摘要
为实现拖拉机外形与功能的协同优化,基于艺术设计理念对其展开研究。在深入分析拖拉机零部件组成及工作原理的基础上,匹配整机参数条件,以产品设计视觉创新为出发点,结合功能要素关系,搭建艺术理念下的拖拉机协同模型。仿真试验结果表明:拖拉机的越埂功能、转向功能与视野范围较外形功能协同前误差控制在7%范围内,拖拉机的后轮滑转率试验值与模型计算值误差控制在5%范围内,吻合度较好,功能协同外形设计可行,可为拖拉机外形优化研究提供新的方向。
In order to realize the coordinated optimization of tractor shape and function, the concept of art design was studied.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the components and working principles of tractors, matching the parameters of the whole tractor, starting from the visual innovation of product design, combining with the relationship of functional elements, then the tractor collaboration model under the artistic concept was built. the results of simulationtest showed that the error of the over-ridge function, steering function and visual field of tractor was within 7% compared with that of the shape function before coordination.The error of the tractor’s rear wheel slip rate test value and the model calculation value was within 5%, the coincidence was good and the function coordination shape design was feasible,it would provide a new direction for the study of tractor shape optimization.
