变速箱声学边界元辐射噪声耦合技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对国产采棉机变速箱减振降噪的技术需求,通过建立变速箱的数值分析模型,研究影响变速箱振动的激励因子,得出基于外部激励和内部激励的综合激励;以激励因子为边界条件,分析得出变速箱各网点的振动速度和加速度;以振动速度为边界条件,建立变速箱的声学模型,应用FEM/BEM方法计算采棉机变速箱的辐射噪声,实现采棉机变速箱的噪声评估;输出采棉机变速箱的辐射噪声分布云图,评估出变速箱对操作人员的噪声影响。研究成果为变速箱减振降噪提供了理论依据,具有工程应用价值。 Aiming at the technical requirements of vibration reduction and noise reduction of domestic cotton picker gearbox, through the establishment of the numerical analysis model of the gearbox, the excitation factor affecting the vibration of the gearbox is studied, and the comprehensive excitation based on external excitation and internal excitation is obtained. The excitation factor is used as the boundary. Condition, the vibration velocity and acceleration of each gear point of the gearbox are analyzed. The acoustic model of the gearbox is established with the vibration speed as the boundary condition. The FEM/BEM method is used to calculate the radiation noise of the gearbox of the cotton picker to realize the gearbox of the cotton picker. Noise evaluation;the radiation noise distribution cloud map of the output cotton picker gearbox is used to evaluate the noise impact of the gearbox on the operator. The research results provide a theoretical basis for gearbox vibration and noise reduction, and have engineering application value.
