党的二十大报告开辟了马克思主义中国化时代化的新境界,谱写了“以人民为中心的发展思想”为核心纲领的马克思主义发展哲学新篇章。其一,报告郑重宣告了新时代新阶段中国共产党肩负的使命任务,集中体现了“现代化为了人民、现代化依靠人民、现代化成果让人民共享”等“以人民为中心”的现代化发展思想,成为开辟新境界、谱写新篇章的根本宗旨与时代根据。其二,系统阐明“以人民为中心的发展思想”是“中国式现代化”的根本宗旨和核心理念,为开辟新境界、谱写新篇章注入了全新的思想纲领。其三,“以人民为中心的发展思想”纲举目张地展开构成了“三新”发展观的战略布局:进入高质量发展的新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、打造新发展格局。其四,“以人民为中心的发展思想”的哲学逻辑,贯穿于“共同富裕”的经济现代化、“全过程人民民主”的政治现代化、“和谐发展的社会现代化”、“物质文明与精神文明协调发展的文化现代化”以及“人与自然和谐共生”的生态文明等“五位一体”现代化发展战略之中,成为构建“人类命运共同体”的人类文明新形态的轴心价值。

The Report on the 20 th National Congress of the CPC opened up a new stage of adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions and writing a new chapter of Marxist development philosophy with“people-centered development thought”as the core program.First,the report solemnly declares“modernization for the people,modernization by the people,and the fruits of modernization shared by the people”.Second,it clarified systematically that“people-centered development thought”is the fundamental purpose and core concept of“Chinese-style modernization”.Third,the“people-centered development thought”compendium of“Three New”concept of development:enter a new development stage,implement the new development concept,and create a new development pattern.Fourth,the philosophical logic of“people-centered development thought”,it runs through the five-in-one modernization development strategy.It has become the core value of building a new form of human civilization,a“community with a shared future for mankind”.
