我国体育诚信的德法内核与建设路径

The Morality-Law Core and Construction Paths of Sports Integrity in China

新时代中国特色社会主义建设进程中体育诚信对于体育强国建设具有重要的作用。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对我国体育诚信道德价值的确立与规范养成,以及我国体育诚信制度体系的构建与管理实效两个基本问题作以深度分析,进而基于社会信用体系建设范式提出德法兼治下我国体育诚信的建设路径:完善以"软法善治"为主导的体育诚信制度体系,以诚信文化宣传教育建成体育诚信拟态环境,形成体育信用信息系统与体育诚信监管机构的联动,建设以效能化为导向的体育失信惩戒机制。

Sports integrity plays an important role in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the two basic problems:The establishment and standard cultivation of the moral value of sports integrity,and the construction and management effect of the system of sports integrity in China.Then,based on the construction paradigm of social credit system,this paper puts forward the construction paths of sports integrity in China under the combination of the rule of morality and law:Perfecting the sports integrity system with"soft law and good governance"as the leading role,building up the simulated environment of integrity in sports through the propaganda and education of integrity culture,forming the linkage between sports integrity information system and sports integrity supervision organization,establishing a efficiency-oriented disciplinary mechanism for breaking integrity in sports.
