我国区域协调发展,是一条通过不断进行理论和实践探索而逐步完善的具有中国特色的多元渐进式区域发展道路。区内区际发展不平衡不充分仍是我国区域经济发展的矛盾的主要方面,是实现区域协调发展所需攻破的最主要的堡垒。本文深入分析了我国区域协调发展实践中存在的问题,提出了立足区域多元层次结构,精准制定发展目标和战略;加强区域多元开放联动,优化国土空间布局;健全区域多元协调机制,切实增进民生福祉的实现区域协调发展的有效路径。

The coordinated regional development of our country is a diversified and progressive regional development path with Chinese characteristics that is gradually improved through continuous theoretical and practical exploration.Imbalance and inadequate development within and between regions is still the main aspect of the contradictions in our country’s regional economic development,and it is the most important fortress that needs to be broken to achieve coordinated regional development.This paper deeply analyzes the problems in the practice of coordinated regional development in our country,and puts forward a effective path for realizing coordinated regional development based on the regional diversified hierarchical structure,precise formulation of development goals and strategies;strengthening regional diversified open linkages,optimizing the layout of land and space;perfecting regional diversified coordination mechanisms,and effectively enhancing people’s livelihoods and welfare.
