摘要
发展数字文化产业是中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分,承担着实现满足人民文化需求和增强人民精神力量相统一的使命。消费者选择与消费数字文化产品的实践过程,既是主体接受与享受数字文化产品的过程,也是满足人民文化需求和增强人民精神力量的过程。数字文化产业发展由于受亚文化圈、"数字鸿沟"、泛娱乐化带来的文化消解、文化隔阂与价值弱化等的影响,与实现上述两个使命尚存在相当差距。需要从挖掘中华优秀传统文化资源、创新数字文化技术、培育市场文化消费等方面推动发展,自觉弘扬中国优秀传统文化,彰显民族精神,不断提升消费者的文化自信和文化消费力,打造新时代数字文化产业的美好未来。
The development of digital culture industry is an important part of the socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics,which bears the mission of realizing the integration of satisfying people’s cultural needs and enhancing people’s spiritual strength.The practice process of subjects’choice and consumption of digital culture product,is not only the process of subjects’acceptance and enjoyment of digital culture product,but also plays a role in satisfying people’s cultural needs and enhancing people’s spiritual power.Due to the cultural dissolution,cultural gap and weakening of value,which are caused by the sub-culture circle,"digital divide"and Pan-entertainment,the development of digital culture industry still has a considerable gap with the realization of the two missions.We need to promote the development of digital culture industry from grasping Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources,innovating digital cultural technology,and cultivating cultural consumption,so as to consciously carry forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture,highlight the national spirit,continuously improve the cultural confidence and cultural consumption power of consumers,and create a bright future of digital culture industry in the new era.
