公众环保行为的影响因素及地区感知偏差研究——基于经济增长与社会态度的作用机制

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Public Environmental Protection Behavior and Regional Perception Deviation: Based on the Mechanism of Economic Growth and Social Attitudes

基于2013年中国综合社会调查的数据,结合中国国情从地区客观层面与个体主观层面出发,以公领域环保行为为研究对象,探究中国公众环保行为的影响因素。研究结果表明,在地区客观层面上,客观存在的环境污染问题会通过经济增长这一传导路径对公众环保行为产生间接影响。在个体主观层面,环境污染严重性感知与环境知识等主观感知的环境污染问题也会对环保行为产生显著影响;阶层认同、社会信任、社会公平等社会态度在主观感知的环境污染问题与公众环保行为之间发挥部分调节作用。同时,年龄、受教育水平、个人收入水平、婚姻状态等个体特征与社会经济因素也会显著影响公众的环保行为。此外,通过对比分析可知,客观存在的环境污染问题与公众的主观感知之间存在着偏差。

Based on the data of CGSS 2013,this study explored the influencing factors of public environmental behavior in China from the regional objective level and individual subjective level in combination with China’s national conditions.The results of the study show that,at a regional objective level,objectively existing environmental pollution problems will have an indirect impact on public environmental protection behavior through the transmission path of economic growth.At the individual subjective level,perceived environmental pollution issues such as environmental improvement needs,environmental pollution severity cognition and environmental knowledge will also have a significant impact on environmental behavior.Social attitudes such as class identity,social trust and social equity play a part in regulating the subjective perception of environmental pollution and the public’s environmental behavior.At the same time,individual characteristics and social and economic factors such as age,education level,personal income level,and marital status also have a significant impact on the public’s environmental behavior.In addition,through descriptive statistics and comparative analysis,it can be seen that there is a deviation between the objectively existing environmental pollution problem and the public’s subjective perception.
