随着人口迁徙家庭化的加速、老龄化社会的来临,大城市"老漂族"群体规模日益增长。处于空间和体制边缘中的"老漂族"面临经济困窘、信息贫乏、制度排斥、文化隔离等现实困境,从而制约了其市民化与再市民化的进程。政府、社会、市场与家庭需要共同发力,通过成本分摊机制、社会保障机制、信息共享机制、社区支持机制、心理调适机制,推进"老漂族"的市民化和再市民化,使其成为新市民空间的建构者和资源共享者。

With the acceleration of population migration and the advent of an aging society,the size of the"old drifters"in big cities is increasing.The role and status of the"old drifters"who are on the edge of space and system are facing the embarrassment of economic embarrassment,information poverty,institutional exclusion and cultural isolation,which seriously restricts the process of their re-citizenization.It is necessary to promote the urban integration of the"old drifters"by establishing and improving cost-sharing mechanism,social security mechanism,information sharing mechanism,community support mechanism and psychological adjustment mechanism,so as to make them constructors of new living space and resource sharers.
