廉政文化建设中的责任政治逻辑

责任政治对推进廉政文化建设具有重要的理论和实践意义,两者在政治实践之中相辅相成。责任政治的理念中所内含的权责结构、权责关系等符合并体现了廉政文化建设的现实要求。廉政文化建设需要遵循责任政治理念,通过廉政文化建设不仅使责任政治这一抽象的原则或理念通过廉政文化建设中一定的制度或方式得以实现,且能够使廉政文化建设在责任政治的内在逻辑和内容体系之下实现政治成效的预期。在这一理念下推进廉政文化建设,首先应注重加强责任主体的观念建设,提高其在廉政文化建设中的政治自觉性。其次,要着眼于责任主体在实现政治过程中的重要作用,并进一步完善相关责任体系以实现廉政文化建设的目标任务。最后注重从责任政治最初理念即从责任主体个人道德的角度分析加强责任伦理建设的重要性,以实现责任政治的价值指引。

The liability politics has a key role in advancing the construction of an honest and clean government.It needs to adhere to the concept of liability politics,which,as an abstract principle or concept,is implemented in the construction and can also meet the expectation.Thus,we should firstly,strengthen the concept construction of the subject liability and improve the political awareness.Secondly,we should focus on the important role of the subject in the implementation and improve further related liability system in order to accomplish the aim and task of the construction.Lastly,we should analyze the importance of intensifying the construction from the primary concept of liability politics,i.e.,individual ethics of the subject,so as to achieve the value guidance of liability politics.
