Municipal Social Governance: Orientation and Path

目前的社会治理基本上呈现出内卷化态势,基层创新花样繁多,但难以解决社会转型过程中造成的结构性问题。市域社会治理的提出,适逢其时,一则契合于当前中国实际需要,可以发挥城市引领区域发展的作用,二则可以增强中国城市在世界城市网络中的竞争优势。市域社会治理应以建构都市共同体为目标,充分利用地方立法权,通过社会政策统筹解决不平衡不充分发展的问题,以收善治之效。

At present,social governance basically presents a trend of involution,with various innovations at the grassroots level,but it is difficult to solve the structural problems caused by social transformation.The proposal of municipal social governance is timely.Firstly,it conforms to the actual needs of Chinese society,and can give play to the role of cities in leading regional development.Secondly,it can enhance the competitive advantages in the world city network.Municipal social governance should take the construction of urban community as the goal,make full use of the local legislative power,and solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development through the overall planning of social policies,so as to reap the benefits of good governance.
