黑格尔提出的正反合逻辑定律是理解良法的重要进路。良法包含真善美三个维度,并基于此衍生出其下位的真法、善法和美法。与此不同,作为良法对立物的劣法就有假法、恶法和丑法。识别假法、恶法、丑法,对良法理论的构建具有不可替代的方法论价值。在立法过程中,采取各种措施努力消除劣法,改进立法质量,可以达致更高水平的良法。良法和善治密切相关。要立良法,行善治。良法只有转化为善治,才是真实意义上的良法。

Hegel’s logic law of positive and negative is the crucial approach to understand good law.The good law contains three dimensions:truth,beauty and goodness,and derives its subordinate true law,goodness law and beauty law.In contrast,the inferior law,as the antithesis of good law,contains false law,bad law and ugly law.It has irreplaceable methodological value to construct the theory of good law by distinguishing false law,bad law and ugly law.In the legislative process,various measures should be taken to eliminate bad laws,improve the legislation quality,and achieve a higher level of good law.Good law and good governance are closely related,good law should be legislated,and good governance undertaken.Good law can be transformed into good governance,only if it is the real good law.
