How to Achieve Public Interpretation of Mass Criticism:On the Establishment of a Commenting Credit System

张江教授提出的"公共阐释"不同于西方学者所说的"社会阐释"。社会阐释以各种相互冲突、无序、极端的大众批评为其表现形式,容易导致社会信任危机,这就需要将大众批评提升为强调公共理性建构的公共阐释。笔者认为引入科学的专业批评规范,构建大众批评言论信用体系,对批评言论信用评级展开研究,将是解决大众批评中的信任危机的有益尝试,并且这也将是中国学者的重要理论创新与实践创造。

Professor Zhang Jiang put forward the theory of public hermeneutics recently,and distinguished between"social interpretation"and"public interpretation"in the dialogue with Western scholars.Social interpretation takes a variety of contradictory,unordered,and extreme mass criticism as its pattern of manifestation,which easily leads to a crisis of social trust.This requires the mass criticism to be promoted as a sort of public interpretation that emphasizes the public reason.The introduction of scientific criterion of professional criticism,the construction of commenting credit system of mass criticism,and the study of credit rating of critical words will be beneficial to the process of promotion.It will also be an important theoretical innovation and practical creation for Chinese scholars.
