产教融合视角下的“托幼一体化”人才培养路径探析——以广东省江门市为例

摘要 大力发展普惠托育服务体系,事关国家长远发展。调研发现,普惠托育服务发展中存在许多结构性矛盾与问题,其中高素质托育师资缺口较大,普惠托育服务供给严重不足。聚焦普惠托育服务体系中存在的问题,结合现状,从政策制定、资源整合、“岗课赛证”融通、产教融合基地建设、“双师型”教师团队培养等多视角入手,提出“托幼一体化”人才培养路径,为普惠托育高质量发展提供人才支持。 The development of the universal preschool education system is related to the long-term development of the country.Research has found that there are many structural contradictions and issues in the universal preschool education system,among which the lack of qualified preschool teachers is quite significant,and the supply of universal preschool education services is seriously inadequate.This article focuses on the issues existing in the universal preschool education system,combines the current situation,and starts from multiple perspectives such as policy formulation,resource integration,integration of post and course,integration of certificates,construction of production and education integration base,and training of"double qualified"teacher teams,and proposes the"integrated early childhood education"talent cultivation path to provide support for the high-quality development of universal preschool education.
