摘要
从获得感视角对大学生心理健康教育课程思政建设进行探索,通过挖掘课程思政元素、完善建设理念和原则及评价方法等,以期为课程思政的实践路径提供指导。研究运用“不相等实验组对照组前后测准实验设计”检验获得感视阈下课程思政建设的效果。研究结果显示通过一学期的学习之后,实验组和对照组在课程思政获得感和积极心理资本上均有所提升,且实验组除了应用获得感以外其他的因子均显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。研究结果表明大学生心理健康教育课程在充分发挥课程思政优势的前提下,能够提高学生课程思政获得感和大学生积极心理资本,实现知识传授和价值引导的有机结合,进一步增强大学生心理健康教育成效。
This study explores the ideological and political aspects of college mental health courses through students'perceived gain.We integrated ideological and political elements into the curriculum,aiming to refine its construction.A quasi-experimental design assessed the effectiveness of this approach.Both experimental and control groups reported improved curriculum experience and positive psychological capital after a semester.Significantly,the experimental group scored higher in most metrics(p<0.05).These findings indicate that leveraging curriculum-based ideological and political education can enhance students'understanding and foster positive psychological capital,integrating knowledge and value guidance effectively.
