数字金融视域下高职金融人才数据素养培育:出场语境、现实检视与路径重构

摘要 高职金融专业人才数据素养培育是数字中国建设的现实回应,是人才培养转型的内在要求,也是学生岗位胜任力的必然选择。当前高职金融专业人才数据素养培育缺乏数据素养培育意识,专业定位同质化;数字化课程知识固化,数字金融人才供需矛盾突出;教师数字素养发展动力不足,数字技术技能薄弱。鉴于此,高职金融人才数据素养路径重构应重塑高职金融人才培养职业领域与数字能力,树立数据素养培育理念;持续推进深度产教融合,构建多主体协同数据素养培育体系;提升教师的数字素养与技能,夯实金融数据素养培育基石。 From the perspective of digital finance,data literacy has become a core competency for financial students of higher vocational colleges in their future work,study,and life.The cultivation of data literacy of higher vocational finance professionals is a response to the construction of digital China,an inherent requirement for talent cultivation transformation,and an inevitable choice for post competence.Lack of awareness of data literacy cultivation and homogenization of professional positioning,the knowledge solidification in digital courses and the prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of digital finance talents,insufficient motivation for the development of digital literacy and weakness of digital technology skills among teachers still constrain the cultivation of data literacy among vocational finance professionals.In view of this,teachers can seek path reconstruction in reshaping the professional field and digital abilities of vocational finance talent cultivation,establishing the concept of data literacy cultivation;continuously promoting deep integration of industry and education,building a multi subject collaborative data literacy cultivation system;enhancing the digital literacy and skills of teachers,and consolidating the cornerstone of financial data literacy cultivation".
